Collection Spotlight

This newly processed collection features over 130 letters from Robert McAdam to Adrian Stough, detailing his WWI service, aviation training, and civilian work. Alongside vivid accounts of military life, the letters reveal a deep romantic affection for Stough and his hopes of being reunited with her. McAdam also shared detailed stories of serving as a signalman in the 6th Marine Regiment during Germany’s occupation.
